Day Camp / Campground
Camp Kingswood has property on both sides of Little Long Lake. On the East side is our day use area. This is a perfect spot for most any group. Boy and Girl Scouts, youth groups, families and community groups use our site for receptions, bonfires, gatherings, camping, concerts and other events. We have developed camping sites in our day use area as well. What a great place this is for family camping. We want to invite your church group, family, and friends to come to Camp Kingswood for a weekend, or longer.
We have seven electrical sites and numerous places to tent. Come enjoy the view, the lake, camp fires and the fun just minutes form the metro. Enjoy the feeling that you are away from it all, and still be only minutes away form Lake Minnetonka, biking and walking trails, and golfing. What a great place to bring your group or family.
If you don't have the equipment consider renting the cabin tents. They hold 10 people each on five bunk cots. We can help with other gear and classes as well.
